【摘要】:1.1Purpose1.1.1ThispartofISO13628definesthetechnicalrequirementsforsafe,dimensionallyandfunctionallyinterchangeablebondedflexiblepipesthataredesignedandmanufacturedtouniformstandardsandcriteria.SeeFigure1forexplanatoryfigureontypicalbondedflexiblepipe.1.1.2Minimumrequirementsarespecifiedforthedesign,materialselection,manufacture,testing,markingandpackagingofbondedflexiblepipes,withreferencetoexistingcodesandstandardswhereapplicable.SeeAPIRP17Bforguidelinesontheuseofflexiblepipesandancillarycomponents.1.2Products1.2.1ThispartofISO13628appliestobondedflexiblepipeassemblies,consistingofsegmentsofflexiblepipebodywithendfittingsattachedtobothends.ThispartofISO13628doesnotcoverflexiblepipesofunbondedstructure.SeeISO13628-2forguidanceonunbondedflexiblepipes.NOTEForthepurposesofthisprovision,APISpec17J[10]isequivalenttoISO13628-2.1.2.2ThispartofISO13628doesnotapplytoflexiblepipeancillarycomponents.GuidelinesforancillarycomponentsaregiveninAPIRP17B.1.2.3ThispartofISO13628canbeappliedtoflexiblepipesthatincludenon-metallicreinforcinglayers,thoughnoeffortwasmadetoaddressthespecificanduniquetechnologicalaspectsofthisproduct.1.2.4ThispartofISO13628canbeappliedtoabondedconstructionpipethatincludesamaterialorlayerconstructionthatiscoveredinISO13628-2.1.3Applications1.3.1TheapplicationsaddressedbythispartofISO13628aresweetandsourserviceproduction,includingexportandinjectionapplications.Productionproductsincludeoil,gas,waterandinjectionchemicals.ThispartofISO13628appliestobothstaticanddynamicflexiblepipesusedasflowlines,risers,jumpersandoffshoreloadinganddischargehoses.ThispartofISO13628appliestopipeswithadesignpressuregreaterthanorequalto1,5MPa(15bar).ThispartofISO13628canbeusedforlowerdesignpressurepipes,thoughtherequirementsofthesepipeshavenotbeenspecificallyaddressed.ReferenceOCIMF[30]forguidelinesonthesepipes.1.3.2ThispartofISO13628doesnotapplytoflexiblepipesforuseinchokeandkilllineapplications.SeeAPISpec16Cforguidanceonchokeandkilllineapplications.ThispartofISO13628canbeappliedtoflexiblepipesforpilehammer,gasflare,watersupplyandjettingapplications,thoughnoeffortwasmadetoaddressthespecificanduniquetechnologicalaspectsrelatingtoeachoftheserequirements.
