【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC13066definestheresponsibilitiesofdifferentinformationtechnology(IT)andassistivetechnology(AT)functionalunitsinsupportinginteroperability.ItrecognizesthatATcanbeprovidedbothasfunctionalunitsthatareinstalledorotherwiseconnectedtoasystemorcanbeutilizedbybeingprovidedasaservicewhichisaccessedviacommunicationsconnections.ItbasestheseresponsibilitiesonfundamentalITdefinitionsofmajortypesoffunctionalunits.Itfocusesontheutilizationofstandard,publicinterfacesforfunctionalunitsandontheprovisionofaccessibledocumentationoftheircapabilities.ThispartofISO/IEC13066recognizesthatITisimplementedbothinconventionalcomputersystemsandasamajorcomponentofothersystemswithinthewiderscopeofinformationandcommunicationstechnology(ICT).ThispartofISO/IEC13066recognizesthefundamentalroleofoperatingsystemsandapplicationprogramminginterfaces(APIs),inmanaginginteroperability,andinprovidingguidancetodevelopersofotherfunctionalunits.Italsorecognizesthatdifferentoperatingsystemswillhavetheirownstandardizedmethodsofsupportinginteroperability.ThispartofISO/IEC13066doesnotdefineorrequirespecifictechnology,commands,APIs,orhardwareinterfaces.Itdeferstootherexistingstandardsandsupportsthedevelopmentofnewstandardsintheseareas.ItidentifiesavarietyofcommonaccessibilityAPIsthatarefurtherdescribedinotherpartsofISO/IEC13066.
