【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialcookingandbakingranges,ovens,hobs,hobelementsandsimilarappliancesnotintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutraland480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Theseappliancesareusedforexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butcheries,etc.Theelectricalpartofappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyisalsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbythesetypesofappliances.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–Forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–Inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–continuousprocessappliancesforthemassproductionoffood;–steamcookers,forcedandsteamconvectionovens(IEC60335-2-42);–hotcupboards(IEC60335-2-49);–microwaveovens(IEC60335-2-90).
