【摘要】:ThispartofISO8292specifiesanindirectmethodforthedeterminationofthesolidfatcontentinanimalandvegetablefatsandoils(hereafterdesignated“fats”)usinglow-resolutionpulsednuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)spectrometry.Twoalternativethermalpre-treatmentsarespecified:oneforgeneralpurposefatsnotexhibitingpronouncedpolymorphismandwhichstabilizemainlyintheβ′-polymorph;andoneforfatssimilartococoabutterwhichexhibitpronouncedpolymorphismandstabilizeintheβ-polymorph.Additionalthermalpre-treatments,whichmaybemoresuitableforspecificpurposes,aregiveninaninformativeannex.Theindirectmethodislesseasytocarryoutandlessreproduciblethanthedirectmethod,butismoreaccurateandmoreuniversallyapplicabletoallfats.NOTEAdirectmethodisspecifiedinISO8292-1.
